The SMMTruk Panel provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to followers, likes, comments, and views on various social media platforms.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the service and platform. We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
No solutions can be provided for Instagram accounts that have frequent username changes or are flagged for review. We are not responsible for any related loss.
Due to the nature of digital services, SMMTruk maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a service is ordered and delivered, no refunds will be provided.
Services are intangible and typically delivered instantly or within a short period. Therefore, they are exempt from refund eligibility.
It is your responsibility to carefully review and select services before purchase. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction, algorithm changes, or similar issues.
If any order is marked as completed, you must inform us within 24–48 hours for any resolution or refund eligibility.
You agree not to violate any laws, regulations, or social media platform terms.
You may not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities, including spamming, hacking, or distributing malware.
We sell at a markup percentage.
We act only as a mediator, not as a service creator.
We do not share provider details for security reasons.
We operate through a multivendor system called Perfect Panel, which facilitates order processing.
Providers supply API keys; orders are forwarded automatically.
The cancel button may not always function with 100% accuracy.
SMMTruk is only used to promote your social accounts and enhance appearance.
We do not guarantee engagement (likes/comments) from new followers.
We do not guarantee that followers will have profile pictures or bios.
Orders are not guaranteed to stay permanently; refills are based on conditions.
Refill is for order quantity, not profile.
Refill not applicable if:
Less than 10% drop in quantity.
Username changed.
Followers bought from another provider.
Order marked completed but not delivered → Full Refund.
Order not started within 5 days → Full Refund.
Partial refunds for refill services per conditions.
Gateway refund (on request) subject to a 5% withdrawal fee.
Prices may change due to provider or currency fluctuations.
All payments are prepaid.
No partial or full refunds after service initiation.
Fraudulent use of payment methods is strictly prohibited.
Prices may change without prior notice.

The use of services provided by SMMTruk (SMMTruk LLC – “USA is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law), and in India (Grownox Development – “India is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law) establishes the agreement to these terms.
By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service, and SMMTruk will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, Brazil, Egypt, and the UK. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
About the Platform
SMMTruk.com is a multi-vendor platform that resells social media services from various providers.
Role of SMMTruk
We receive payments on behalf of providers and help resolve client issues under specific conditions.
Your personal information (email, WhatsApp, etc.) remains confidential and is never shared with providers.

SMMTruk is not liable for any losses, including profit, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
